I got them from a cheap store called Ned's for $1.50.
Actually, my friend Abbie bought them for me.
Hehe ^^
Well, I did quite a bit of fiddling around with this photo to make it look like that.
But I guess the effect you mean is the oldschool type yellowness?
To get that, I put a new layer on top of the photo and filled it with dark blue.
Then, I set the layer to 'exclusion'. I think I changed the opacity a bit too.
